Yoga
We offer complimentary yoga daily at 7:30 am in our Garden Pool
Pavilion. Regardless of whether you are an experienced practitioner
or have never done yoga before, you will enjoy and benefit from
this start to the day. Sustained stretching, deep breathing and
centering the mind are essential to a balanced, healthy body, mind
and spirit.
Senior Aqua Aerobics
On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 9:00 am and Tuesday
and Thursday afternoons at 5:00 pm, our Hana Kupuna (elders) gather
at our Garden Pool for a complimentary aqua aerobics class. Hotel
guests are invited to join them for a workout and wonderful sharing
of Hana culture.
Honua Spa
Open daily from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm, the Honua Spa offers a range
of wellness therapies and services. Many amenities are complimentary,
including the steam rooms, lockers, cold plunge pool, outdoor lava
rock showers, gardens, outdoor hot tub and relaxation lounge area
overlooking the ocean.
Wellness Center
The Wellness Center is open from 6:00 am - 8:00 pm daily. Enjoy
beautiful ocean views and fresh breezes while working out with complimentary
cardio equipment, free weights and a Free Motion Dual Cable Cross
Weight Total Body Training System.
Walking Trails
Several trails and walks start right from the property. Our Mauka
(Mountain) Trail is a mostly flat, two-mile path through Hana Ranch
pasture land and offers opportunities to experience peace, tranquility
and magnificent views of the ocean and 'Alau Island. Walk along
the Coastal Trail and see the ruggedness of the Hana Coast in full
glory. For a real cardiovascular workout, take the hike up to Fagan's
Cross. Your reward is an incredible panoramic view of Hana Town,
Kapueokahi, also known as Hana Bay and on a clear day, Hawai'i Island.

Personal Training & Enrichment
For added motivation, knowledge or structure in your workout, visit
the Honua Spa to schedule a private training session with one of
our personal trainers. Our skilled staff assists with a variety
of personalized training options, including one-hour sessions in
Advanced Yoga, Mat Pilates, Weight Training or Introduction to Meditation.
