Experience deeply grounding, integrating aromatherapy
treatments using our exclusive essential oil blend named Honua, meaning Earth. In honoring the traditions of the past, in recognizing the nurturing capabilities of the earth, we utilize pure, essential oils of ‘iliahi, ‘awapuhi, niu and vanilla orchid in a subtle yet empowering formula found only here. This alluring fragrance and its benefits are enjoyed by men and women alike.

Reservations
Appointments are scheduled between the hours of 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. To ensure the availability of your preferred treatments and times, we recommend scheduling appointments well in advance.

Spa Concierge
We are at your service during spa hours to address your questions and concerns, and to customize your spa experience for maximum benefit and enjoyment. When making your spa reservations, advise our Spa Concierge of any health concerns, allergies, or special requests to ensure a healthy and enjoyable experience.

Honua Spa Facilities
Enjoy our beautifully-equipped men’s and women’s locker rooms complete with restrooms, steam rooms, cold plunge, indoor and outdoor showers, robes, slippers, towels, and personal amenities. Beverages, herbal tea and fresh fruit are provided in the relaxation lounge. Enjoy our outdoor lava rock whirlpool and lounge chairs overlooking Hana Bay in a tropical garden setting. Browse our Honua Spa Shop – which features a full line of nurturing products, clothing, books, music, jewelry, teas and more.

Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment to take advantage of our facilities. If you arrive late, please understand that your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

Spa Attire
Please arrive wearing whatever is comfortable for you. You will need a bathing suit for use of the outdoor water facilities. We provide robes and slippers.

To Maintain Peace & Tranquility
Please leave your cigarettes, alcoholic beverages, cell phones, and pagers in your room. A safe is provided in your room for your valuables. Mature teenagers of 16 and above may accompany their parents.

Our Therapists
As spa professionals, our therapists are well trained to ensure your comfort and privacy at all times. A male, female or specific therapist may be requested, however we cannot guarantee their availability.

Gratuities
Are not included in the prices. In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. 20% is customary.

For Your Comfort
Please shower before all treatments, avoid shaving one day prior to body scrubs. Rest and avoid vigorous activity for at least one hour after treatments, and drink water before and after all therapies.

Cancellations
Require a 6-hour notice as a courtesy to our therapists and other guests. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a 50% fee.

In Room
Massages are available in the privacy of your guest room for an additional $20 fee per person for each service provided.
